Greetings all,
I am currently looking at dihyrotestosterone assays - RIA methods from DSL
and IBL incorporate an extraction step to remove testosterone.
IBL also have an elisa assay - supposedly not requiring pre-extraction
(albeit with slightly greater imprecision than the RIA)
I would be interested in hearing from anyone with experience in the above -
obviously avoiding extraction is attractive for routine analysis...
Cheers,
