Colleagues,

'Information from the EU: propaganda or a victory for transparency?' is the theme of the European Information Association's second annual essay competition.

With a prize of £250 the competition aims to encourage a wide range of participants to give their views on whether the wealth of information from the EU makes the Union’s policies and processes more transparent or provides a pro-EU smokescreen.

The deadline for entries is 31 January.

Details are available at www.eia.org.uk

Regards,

Eric
