In an earlier post, I asked about a utility to convert from "conventional"
units to SI (or vice versa). JAMA has a list of conversion factors that
were published in July. These are summarized at this URL:

I have taken this data and created a spreadsheet that will perform the
conversions. It is not very elegant. When I get some time, I will try to
create a calculator. In the meantime, if you are interested, I will send
