That's Sankt Florian, a house of Augustinian canons regular in Austria.
The collection is catalogued in A. Czerny, Die Handschriften der
Stiftsbibliothek St. Florian (Linz, 1871). The Hill Monastic Manuscript
Library at St. John's University, Collegeville, Minnesota holds microfilm
copies of 544 of the St. Florian mss. You can use the films at HMML or
order a copy from their website: www.csbsju.edu:80/hmml.
The people at HMML have a wealth of material for research, and they are
very accommodating.
Best wishes,
John
