Dear Dave (and everyone)
having just looked at your paleography pages, and noted your comment that
they are currently under-valued, it seems important to say that (1) they are
SUPERB - quite the most interesting and useful website I have seen in a very
long time; and (2) they bloody well OUGHT to be valued, by all and sundry -
and I will certainly be proselytising for them with our MA students (with
your permission?). You have provided an outstanding resource - many many
thanks
