Hi everyone
I admit this posting is mainly to satisfy my curiosity but was wondering
whether anyone has encountered or heard of a member of the public
objecting to a guide dog being in close proximity due to an allergy to dogs
(regardless of the validity of the claim)? If this hasn't become a defense
for requests to move guide dogs and hence the blind person, does it have
potential to become a defense legally? Apologies and due
embarrassment if this scenario is 'common wisdom' amongst the blind
community. I don't get out a lot.
Best regards
