Here in W. Sussex there is an information service called ICIS that has been
going for a few years. They might be able to share some ideas.

Subject: Trying to establish the library and information service available at
Centres for Intergrated Living
Dear all
I am undertaking some voluntary work at Leicestershire Centre for
Intergrated Living, where I am helping to set up an information and library
service, and I was wondering if I could have some help with the following
questions:
1. Does anyone have any knowledge about taking into account the needs of
disabled people when setting up a information and library service?
2. Does anyone know of any CIL which has experiences of setting up such a
provision and would be willing to talk about it?
3. A list of CIL's.
4. Anything else that I have missed.
Many thnaks
James
