You can go to a Mass, or any other Catholic service, any time you like.
Nobody will be the least bit offended. As to what you do, I imagine you
would want to take careful note of what was going on; that would be the
point of your attendance. As an agnostic non-Catholic, you should not receive
Holy Communion; but with that exception, you can do what everybody else does.
