Is there a good reason why it was not made available on the Web as a
background to the report?
Here is somebody who needed it, how many other people who are not
members fo this list would also have a use for it.
Why only "legitimate" scholars?
Is this material which you would wish to conceal from anyone in
particular?
I am disappointed.
