Also the budget of AHCPR is incresased 1.5 times,they've still lost the
mission of making guidlines on this report.(ie;"The bill omits all
references
to the agency's responsibility for writing clinical practice guidelines,
which
caused much political strife in recent years")
That means the worsened situation above AHCPR has been almost
unchanged except their budget.
I apologize for regarding almost all surgions in States have antipathy
against the AHCPR or guidelines.But I really regret the AHCPR lost
their mission over making clinical guidelines.The AHCPR is loser in
this case.The winner is some "community" of surgion pressurized Congress.
