Renato & Debbie
We have been expending a great deal of time and effort
in creating rich metadata records for digital art works.
We are concerned about controlling access and rights to the IP of this
metadata.
In some cases `the work' only exists as a set of instructions
described by the metadata.
When we work out how to actively process a rights statement,
A-Core will allow us to treat this metadata
as a work in it own right.
The other thing I like about A-Core
is that I can now record that I have modified the metadata
without inferring (1:1) that I have modified the work it describes.
Thank you for this.
I hope that people will understand that the A-Core
is more than just a set of contact details.
Regards
Simon Pockley
