Dear all,
This is one of those requests likely to provoke the comment that I should do
more bibliographical searching, so please excuse my apparent laziness. I
have worked my way through most of the more recent works dealing with
popular religion and heresy, and although I have found numerous discussions
of neo-Donatist tendencies in popular heresies - usually related back to
legacy of 11C reform - I have yet to find an examination of the possibility
of similar latent tendencies existing among the "orthodox" laity (esp. 13C).
Could any kind soul possibly direct me towards a discussion of this
(potential) problem?
With thanks in advance,
DARON
