Many times, in my opinion, these patients (Lateral epicondilitis, DQ, CTS)
have a large portion of referred pain from the cervical spine. I would
suggest assessment and treatment of the spine and some gentle mobilisation
of the nervous system (the Radialis and Medianus nerves are possible
culprits in the above mentioned cases).
