The Mayo Oasis Health Letter is a great source on the internet of
information for patients. Has a great search engine and once you find the
topic you can print it out and give it to the patient as a pamphlet to read
after the visit. I have used their DASH diet article and their articles on
useless fad diets for some of my patients with good results.
