APOLOGIES FOR CROSS-POSTING
A seminar jointly hosted by Hertfordshire and Westminster Library
Services, to discuss and report on the recently completed Supplier
Selection pilot.
The seminars are to be held on 13th May at the Fielder Centre, Hatfield
and 27th May at Council House, Westminster.
The seminars will cover the same programme on both days:
Background to the pilots - why and how the pilots were introduced
How the pilots were set up
Monitoring procedures
Communication to staff - staff reaction before/during the pilots
Supplier's methodology
Resul;ts and lessons learnt
Possible ways forward
A report will be available to delegates free of charge on the day.
The seminars will be chaired by David Murray, Policy Development
Manager, Essex Libraries.
