I believe that there was some work undertaken at MRC Epidemiology Unit in
Llandough, Cardiff years ago on this question (Archie Cochrane's Unit).
This place is now unfortunately shut.
If you need a contact, Dr Michael Burr, one of their former fellows is now a
Public Health Physician in Cardiff (Bro Taf HA, and the University of Wales
College of Medicine).
