We are considering relocating our dedicated business information service
(LADSIRLAC primarily) to the public site of our business reference library.
Does anyone have instances of doing this? Particularly interested in drawing
the line between "public" that is "free" enquiries and special, that is
costed enquiries, with a view to customer care.
