Dear All,
Regarding the recent request on EBM materials I would like to add this
if people have not come across the source before. I am presenting a
seminar to the Ob&G specialists on EBM this Sunday. When I did a search
to prepare I stumbled upon this on our library.
Clinical Obstetrics and Gynecology - June 1998:Volume 41. No 2.
Eds: Pitkin RM, Scott JR.
A very nice collection of topics aimed at the specialists in the field
on EBM. It is divided in to 2 sections.
Evidence based medicine - underlying principles.
Evidence based Medicine - Clinical appilications.
There is also an MCQ test after each section to assess one's learning.
I am sure many on the list will find it useful.
Here is a request:
My next group of audience is nursing tutors. I am hoping to present a
curtain raiser for our nursing colleagues on evidence based health care.
Can any one help with some useful references/teaching material/WWW pages
aimed specifically at the nursing profession.
Thanking you all in anticipation.
I will let you know how I got on at both these sessions.
Bye for now,
Badri
