I would welcome guidance to point me in the direction of good practice
and/or resources in respect of training of non-academic staff involved in
teaching, both in terms of (i) staff such as technicians who are actually
in face-to-face contact with students, e.g. providing advice in practicals;
and (ii) staff who provide support in setting up practicals, dveloping
learning resources etc. Any contributions (to me,rather than to the whole
list) will be very welcome.
