Dear SPM-ers,
I'd like to apply the transformations that I obtained from normalizing a
structural image to a contrast image, in order to carry out a 2nd level
analysis. (ie- apply a _sn3d.mat file to the contrast images).
When I do this, the output contrast images look very different from the
input ones. They appear as if they had been severely thresholded in the
process. Is this the case? Can that be avoided?
Any thoughts on the situation would be appreciated
-Luis
