Hello all,
I've encountered an odd problem with SPM99b's display of results on the
glass brain.
I started out with a set of images that were rotated 90 degrees about
the z-axis, relative to the standard orientation that SPM uses.
I rotated them using air_reorient outside of SPM. Afterwards, SPM
displayed them just fine in the proper orientation. I ran the analyses
without any problem.
In the glass-brain display of the results, the orientation of the
activation map was rotated back to the original orientation.
I displayed the overlay of the results onto one of the original
time-series images. They are also rotated.
Any thoughts? Thank you
-Luis
