What is "DNA as a material presence"?
As to every profession having its own jargon, of course it has. But they
usually keep it among themselves.
So psychologists with any sense restrict it to their own peer group. When
they saunter outside they usually try to tork propah. (Indeed, Stephen has
worked longer and harder than most to ensure that this happens and would, I
am sure, put on one of his fine courses or sell you his books for a small
fee.)
Anyone who visits this list should bring themselves down to the lowest
common denominator, i.e. me.
As to your project, have you looked to see if anyone has wandered into this
area before now? I cannot remember all of the entrants, but the Welcome
Trust's SciArt initiative has produced some extremely imaginative
collaborations, between fabric designers and molecular biologists for
example.
