Re-advertisement
Lancaster University recently advertised for one Lecturer A and one
Lecturer A/B. The latter of these posts is now re-advertised at Lecturer
A/B level with the possibility of appointment at Senior Lecturer level for
an exceptionally strong candidate. Applicants must be high-quality
researchers with a demonstrable commitment to teaching. No research
specialisation is precluded, but preference may be given to those with an
interest in the eighteenth or nineteenth century, computer applications,
or music since 1940.
All previous applicants will continue to be considered. Arrangements for
the appointment of a Lecturer A are in hand, and interviews are still to
be held on 17 March. Interviews for the readvertised post (Lecturer A/B
or, exceptionally Senior Lecturer) will take place towards the end of
April.
