As part of internationalization initiative of the institute, the department of chemistry at KAIST invites applications from non-Korean chemists for a tenure-track or a tenured faculty position in all areas of chemistry to begin as early as September 1, 1999. Rank and salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experiences. KAIST is an educational institute for scientists and engineers.

The successful candidate will be expected to establish a vigorous research program and pursue excellency in research and teaching at undergraduate and graduate levels. Fluency in English is required for this position.
Applicants must hold a Ph.D. degree in chemistry and should send a
