A POSTDOCTORAL POSITION at the US Naval Academy is available to study
atomic-scale adhesion and tribology that occur at solid-solid interfaces
in hydrocarbon- and silicon-containing systems using molecular dynamics
starting October 1, 1999. Experience with computer simulations and FORTRAN
is required. The position may be expanded to include the teaching of
midshipmen if desired. (A second position may be available pending funding
