SCIENTIFIC PROGRAM
The Informal Conference on Photochemistry dates back to 1952 when the first
meeting was organized by Professor Francis E. Blacet at UCLA and has been
held every two years thereafter. The purpose of the conference is to bring
together workers in a variety of fields of photochemistry to explore new
directions in pure and applied research. The scientific program will
include invited and contributed oral presentations and posters. Scientific
sessions will be organized on the topics listed below:
a) Atmospheric Kinetics and Photochemistry (Raman Sensing, Aerosols)
b) Condensed Phase Photochemistry/Photochemistry at Interfaces
c) Photochemistry in the IR
d) Theory of Photochemical Processes
e) Photodissociation Dynamics
f) New Experimental Techniques
g) Photochemistry Within Weakly-Bound Clusters
h) State-to-State Chemistry and Dynamics
