Hello: this is a grand picture but I believe that it is mislabelled. This
is a face presentation. The position is mentum anterior.
A "posterior face" implies that the position is mentum posterior. Generally
the mechanism of mentum posterior birth is interrupted if the chin does not
rotate anteriorly as it becomes impacted in th ehollow of the sacrum.
