behaving at the moment.
I have been asked to try and quantify the relative costs of operating an
enlarged single-site Information Service (Library and IT Services) compared
with a move to two separate sites at some distance from each other.
Some of the costs of operating 2 sites are obvious: additional staffing,
duplication of core material and core services, infrastructure and
networking costs, - but I'm findiing iit hard to quantify in anything other
than very general terms. Can anyone help further?
