This reminds me of our attempt to resolve the £ (pound sterling sign or
INNOPAC internal code 185 - in case it doesn't display correctly) and #
(which many Americans call the pound sign!) problem.
Innovative's suggestion was to change the display option of our terminal
emulation software to display the pound sterling sign instead of the #.
But the result was all #'s displaying as pound signs - including Record#.
I wonder if INNOPAC will be able to display the pound sign correctly
before we all change over to Euro? In WebPac no amount of tweaking can
get rid of displays like "FINE(up to now) #0.50".
