Following on from Diane's last email to you all, may I add the following
information. As the college is unfortunately unable to provide
accommodation for the Sunday night those of you who are coming from a
distance may like to book into a hotel for the Sunday and/or Monday nights
(though I recommend you attend the Conference dinner in college on Monday
evening!) Please make clear on your booking form whether you want
accommodation in college for the Monday night.
Cambridge has many hotels but also many visitors, so I advise booking as
soon as you can. Some possible hotels:
