I'm very much interested in the French New Wave as well (though it's
been grueling trying to build up my collection, since those films are
rather hard to find over here). It's not related to Deleuze, but you
might want to check out:

"Sound and Camera in Jean-Luc Godard's Vivre Sa Vie and Spike Lee's Do
the Right Thing." Whether or not it's helpful for your writing, I'm sure
