Colleagues,
It has been brought to our attention that the University of Brighton
does not include, as part of its regulations, a confidentiality clause
for external examiners for taught courses. (This would be in addition
to clauses regarding the confidentiality of proceedings of an
Examination Board, which are already included within the regulations.)
Do other universities include such a clause, or do you have any
experience of its operation?
Any information you can give about this would be most welcome - I would
be happy to collate responses and pass them back to the mailbase.
Thanks in advance
Jon
