Dear mailbase members
We are seeking advice for improvement of our leukocyte counting
in joint fluid - currently done after dilution in saline with methylene
blue. Among the difficulties are leukocyte clumping, high viscosity,
insufficiently colored cells, lysed cells, and too little sample for the
EDTA. Should we switch to another dye and diluent. What is the
experience in the field? Thanks for any response and a sunny
weekend to you all.
