There is no pharmacological grade PTH worldwide, not just in the UK as far
as I can
work out. PseudoPseudoHP (PPHP) is a clinical diagnosis.
Some family members may have PPHP or PHP (maternal imprinting gives
PHP else get PPHP). It may be worth doing Ca and PTH on other family members.
