Dear Angela
I'd like to pick up on this particular point in advance of a general reply
on the issues raised during the current debate that I shall post on the list
later today.
Although the Proforma was introduced in 1995 it is available to candidates
who registered under the earlier Regulations. If you do not have a copy of
the 1995 Regulations I shall be happy to supply one, and also a disk with
the Proforma outline on it.
I am pleased that despite the reservations expressed in your earlier
contibution to the list you have not abandoned your associateship
application. If there are any aspects of it you wish to discuss that could
help move you forward please do get in touch.
Regards

Subject: RE: Route B PDR completion deadline
But when I registered in 1992(ish) I don't recall any mention of a Proforma
- this was when there were routes C, D, and E as well. Isn't that something
that came in later, and if so, is it something a pre-changeover candidate
can do?
Just wondering!
