Note that it includes computer music as a topic, and I would quite
like a colleague.....presently we are mainly working on physical
models, wavelet analysis, and drums, together with software synthesis
systems and some algorithmic composition.

Applications are invited for a Lectureship in the RAE grade 5 Computing
Group. Start date by negotiation.
The current research interests of the Computing Group include:
Human computer interaction, graphics, computer vision, programming
language design and implementation, distributed systems, electronic
commerce, event-simulation, cryptography, networks, computer music,
theoretical computer science, especially as related to computer
algebra, complexity, semi-algebraic geometry, and computational number
theory.
