Dear Ron,
There are several places where you can get hold of medieval drama productions on video.
According to a leaflet which I have, Lancaster University Television sells a number of drama videos, including the
Chester play of the Purification; helpfully they are (mostly) available in the US from 'Films for the Humanities and
Sciences', PO Box 2053, Princeton, NJ 08543-2053. Or in England from Lancaster University Television, Lancaster
University, Lancaster LA1 4YW. They cost between fifteen and twenty pounds each.
Don't know about the Toronto production, but this year's production of the York plays in York, England, is certainly
available, in both edited highlights (one tape) and all eleven plays which were done on the day (three tapes). I'll get
hold of the address of the chap who is selling the copies and will mail it to the list in another message. Total price is
about forty-five pounds for the three tapes.
Hope that this helps! Chris.
