Jussi Hanska's private reply to my question about an Italian author of a
sermon collection has brought up the question of the J.B. Schneyer
archive (still unpublished?) at the Ruhr-Universität Bochum, which
contains his notes on sermons after the date of his published
collection, so 1350-1500. Jussi notes that there are overviews of the
scope of the archive in articles in Medieval Sermon Studies 39 (Spring
1997), pp. 6-8, and in Scriptorium, 46 (1992), pp. 121-135.
Does George (our resident expert on the Schneyer archive and all things
to do with sermons) or anyone else know of the status of the project to
put the 1350-1500 Schneyer material on CD-ROM?
