We are now taking bookings for workshops in the 1999 programme
Demonstrating Your Worth
19 January, London
A one day workshop on employability
'The only job security is to be more talented tomorrow than you are today',
Tom Peters.
Are you making the most of your assets?
In an increasingly volatile working environment - when employers often
expect us to demonstrate our value to the organisation - we can all benefit
from raising our own awareness of our strengths in our job, and identifying
areas of weakness to improve upon.
How will this event help you?
It will help you consider the importance of your own career management.
This event will help you:
* improve your employability through raising your awareness and
confidence
* explore practical approaches to assessing and realising your
individual potential, including making the most of the appraisal process
* increase your visibility within your organisation and the profession
* exchange ideas and experience in a supportive and confidential
environment
* develop a personal plan for future action
Your employer will also gain from employees who are more clearly focused on
their abilities
