This mutli-professional conference will present current initiatives to
promote the development of effective child and adolescent mental health
services in the UK and will examine the challenges of developing an
evidence-based approach to practice.
Aims
This event has four primary aims:
• To discuss possible future directions for child and adolescent mental
health services (CAMHS).
• To inform delegates of the findings of the Audit Commission survey.
• To explore current initiatives which aim to develop effective services.
• To review current progress in developing an evidence-based approach to
practice and evaluation.
