At my local health authority we're surprised that we can't find a really
good set of osteoporosis prevention/treatment guidleines to serve as a
starting point for our health improvement plan. We'd like a set that covers
primary prevention (e.g. children's diets), secondary prevention, lifestlye,
and "rationing" of expensive invesigations and drugs. Can anyone help?
