No Amit you are right! I wonder if there is a misprint? Does anyone know
if JAMA plan to publish this series as a book? It's so useful to know
the sensitivity and specificity of a test and I confess that I know very
few. What I really need is a CD-ROM of diagnostic tests with clever
calculators to convert pre-test to post-test probability, calculate
PPV/NPV/LRs etc. I'd use it all the time. (and preferably installable to
hard disc like Best Evidence so I could keep the Cochrane library in the
CD drawer!)
