Dear All,
I'm currently undertaking a PhD on the social networks of GPs and how
that affects the diffusion of innovations *and various other bits and
pieces).
I'm trying to identify innovations (probably drugs, but not necessarily)
that have been released in the UK in the last 2-3 years. The main
problem appears that few innovations appear with large scale trials to
support them. Therefore potential innovators will innovate as a result
of poor evidence. But if a new innovation came out with 'good' evidence
would a different diffusion pattern be seen?
The point to my request! Can anyone suggest any GP-focussed innovations
released in the UK in last 2-3 years which had, at the time of release,
good quality evidence to support them?
I look forward to any replies.
