Colleagues,
REQUEST FOR HELP
Sorry to repeat this, but is the lack of replies a sign that we have a gap
here?

I still need this!
Also, (maybe this is easier), have you seen an instrument for the
(baseline) evaluation of "evidence-based-capacity" across a mixed
acute/community Trust? I would like to find a staff questionnaire cabable
of eliciting capacity to deliver EBH. I would expect to include year of
qualification, facility/site, programme of care, grade, academic
qualifications, research experience (do/use research), IT
(availability/skill), books/journals/library (availability/read/visit),
travel to evidence (willingness/time/actual), isolation, recent (over last
12 months) use of evidence in clinical practice, major barriers (training
needs/time/money/lack of management support), influence of higher grade staff.
This is important as the Trust needs to focus EBH initiatives where these
are most needed. And also as a baseline from which to audit the effect of
such initiatives. There are nine programmes of care and 900 nursing staff
(to start with)
Any help appreciated.
