My own modest edition of the Clementine Vulgate is published by B.A.C.
(Biblioteca de Autores Cristianos)of Madrid; I also have their edition of
the Summa Theologiae, in about five volumes. They also publish a wide
variety of patristic and scholastic authors, including Bonaventure,
Augustine, Bernard, Anselm. These used to be easily available, though I
must confess I haven't looked for them for some years.
For those with access to England, the St Paul's Bookshop beside Westminster
Cathedral is usually good for this kind of thing.
