Surely, if you draw the map yourself, there are no copyright restrictions
(except, of course, to protect your own production).
Road numbers, landmarks, etc. are not copyrighted, so you can quote them as
you wish.
However, extracts of IGN maps, or maps produced by other mapping
institutions are
copyrighted.
