Subject: Australians win at X111 DANTE Sculpture Biennale '98
WE WON!
For the first time since its inception in 1974 an Australian sculptor
April Glasser-Hinder won first prize at the 1998 Biennale Internazionale
Dantesca di Ravenna in Italy.
My Australian student group of 10 from the University of New South
Wales', College of Fine Arts took out the "opera collettiva" award for
their bronze (60cm), "amor che move il sole", Paradiso, XXX111, 145.
