I would be interested in that Exercise express software package. Could I
get more info. I am currently working in an acute care setting in New York
and we are starting an outpatient pulmonary program where every week I need
to give pt. therex for COPD and then a HEP at the end of this 6 week
program. So I was wondering if this program had anything that could
facilitate this in a timely manner.
As for outcomes, for the elderly use Tinettis or Berg Balance. I used
these for my thesis for a wellness program but they can be also used for
community pop. Also we are using the 6 minute walk to show gains for our
COPD pt. for outpt. rehab. and it is relatively simple. You need to get a
pulse oxyimeter to monior O2 sat and HR.
Good Luck,
Robin
