I know of two stained glass windows of lily crucifixions. One is in the
Clopton Chantry Chapel in Holy Trinity Church, Long Melford, Suffolk. The
other is at Westwood, Wiltshire. In addition, there's a crucifix in the
vase of lilies in one of the York Minster annunciations. Hope this helps.
