Sorry to be a bit late in replying. As this is one of my favorite topics,
I do have lots of works on the Albigensis and the crusade against them
(although the song you mentionned is only half way from Tudela's hand)
The best sources (second ones) I know, are whatever you can find that is
written by René Nelli, or "l'épopée Cathare" from Michel Roquebert. I
don't know if it has been translated in English (mine is the French version
